I enjoy working with the staff at SBT. We did have a little disconnect while making selections and communicating concerns, but they got ironed out. The group email has always been a troubling issue as you never know who will respond and if they are up to speed with the issue being addressed on previous email. There have been several instances where we had to re-ask question and were never sure why responses never came.

The response time & service are always incredible. I wasn't too impressed with the quality of my last order. The single arm post was flimsier than I had anticipated. The aluminum sign that was to hang on the arm post did not come pre drilled so I had to drill my own holes in it which was a pain. My invoice said it would have two holes on top and two on the bottom, but it did not have any which I didn't realize until we went to install the post/sign.
